Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ckd33 platform — they constitute a binding agreement between you and us.

The terms and conditions described on this page apply to all services and gaming products of ckd33. By registering or logging in to the platform, you are considered to have read and fully agreed to these terms.

ckd33 operates a safe and entertaining online gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. By using our services, you commit to abiding by each clause listed below. ckd33 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Definitions & Terminology

The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings:

  • "Platform" — The ckd33 website, mobile interface, and all associated services.
  • "User" or "Member" — Any person who has created an account on ckd33 or is using the platform.
  • "Account" — A personal user profile registered on ckd33.
  • "Bonus" — Any promotional reward, credit, or offer provided by ckd33.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount of bets that must be completed before bonus funds become withdrawable.

  • "Money" or "৳" — Bangladeshi currency, Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Membership Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the services on ckd33. Only those aged 21 or above are eligible to participate on this platform. ckd33 may request an identity document or proof of age at any time for verification. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all of them will be cancelled and all associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

ckd33 services are operated for users in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for complying with the local laws and regulations of your location. ckd33 accepts no legal liability in this regard.

Account Registration & Management

3.1 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If an account is opened with false or misleading information, ckd33 reserves the right to cancel it at any time. Users must update their account immediately if any information changes.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the ckd33 support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ckd33 may request a national identity card, passport, or other documents for identity verification when necessary. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. If any submitted document is found to be forged or false, the account will be closed immediately.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method on ckd33 is ৳500. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

ckd33 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Only transact using methods registered in your own name — using a third party's account may result in the transaction being cancelled and your account being suspended.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ckd33 generally processes withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes. This timeframe may vary in cases of verification or security review.

4.4 Prohibited Activities

Money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity in connection with deposits and withdrawals is strictly prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is identified, ckd33 reserves the right to suspend the account and funds and conduct an investigation.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ckd33 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳8,000 or more will add the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳16,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for each bonus is 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in bets to be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Deliberate betting patterns designed to exploit the bonus system, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, and any other fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. If ckd33 detects such activity, it reserves the right to close the relevant account and forfeit all bonuses and winnings.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has an expiry period stated in the offer details. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically. ckd33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Prohibited Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ckd33:

  • Using software bots or automated betting tools.
  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
  • Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Any form of hacking or cyber attack.

6.2 Technical Errors

ckd33 reserves the right to void any abnormal payouts or game outcomes resulting from technical errors. In such cases, the staked bet will be refunded but winnings will not be paid out. If a user intentionally exploits an error, the account may be closed.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Bets placed on sports markets cannot be changed or cancelled once accepted and confirmed. ckd33 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors. All sports services are operated in accordance with their applicable rules and conditions.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Action by ckd33

ckd33 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following situations:

  • Breach of any clause in these terms and conditions.
  • Providing a false identity or information.
  • Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
  • Misconduct or harassment towards ckd33 staff.

9.2 Action by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the ckd33 support team. All pending withdrawals and wagering requirements must be completed before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

ckd33 is committed to providing a safe and reliable service; however, ckd33's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

  • Loss or missed bets caused by internet disconnection.
  • Technical issues arising from third-party software or game providers.
  • Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
  • Breach of the user's local legal obligations.

ckd33 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the platform. In the event of a loss, maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in that month.
